POSTAGE/SHIPPING

All items are sent via either Standard or Express Post within Australia via Australia post. Standard shipping is $10 flat rate and Express is $15 flat rate. Please note I am a small handmade business and unfortunately I am unable to offer free postage - every postal provider charges me for mail/parcel delivery and none of them provide a free service that I could pass on to my customers. Processing time on all orders is 3-5 business days and we appreciate your patience. Please note that the estimated postage times are additional to our order processing time. Due to COVID-19, Australia Post are experiencing significant delays with their postage services which is beyond our control and we appreciate your understanding. Should you wish to receive your order sooner, we recommend you select Express Post for your purchase.
All orders will be sent securely packed to protect our creations and to ensure you receive your order in great condition. We use recycled tissue paper and wood shavings in our packaging. Standard postage within Australia usually takes 2-7 business days, however this can vary between locations. Express Post is estimated at 1-2 business days. We provide you with a tracking number via email so you can track the progress of your order.
INTERNATIONAL orders are very welcome - we have many happy customers all around the globe. International postage is flat rate of $20 with tracking number. Unfortunately I cannot ship to the United Kingdom due to the changes in the laws regarding the collection of duties and taxes after the UK left the European Union.
Please note I am not responsible if the package is lost by Australia Post. I will not be held responsible for extra government taxes & charges that may be issued by customs in your country upon arrival into your country. These charges will be additional charges, payable by the customer/receiver. Thank you for understanding.

FAULTY or DAMAGED PRODUCT

Refunds and replacements are provided only if the product arrives damaged or on the rare occasion that your item is faulty. Please contact me within 24 hours of your order arriving so I can organise a replacement or refund. All refunds offered do not include original postage costs.

HOW TO CARE FOR OUR HANDMADE GEMS

Polymer Clay Creations: Our polymer clay jewellery is made from a non-toxic PVC-based medium that is conditioned and hand-sculpted prior to oven-curing. Once cured, it becomes solid with a slight flexibility to it. However, as the polymer clay is light, it needs to be treated with care as it can be easily broken with improper use and storage.
Recycled Wood Creations: All pieces are finished with a coat of varnish or eco-resin for extra protection.
To clean your gems, please use a soft, damp cloth - we love using glasses cleaning microfibre cloth. To remove makeup residue, you can place a dot of dishwashing soap and wipe gently. For longevity and to preserve colours and design, please do not swim or shower whilst wearing your jewellery, and keep them away from chemicals or perfumes.
Please store your jewellery in a dust-free environment, out of direct sunlight and heat, we recommend an earring storage box. Try to avoid dropping or knocking your pieces, as even thou they are durable, they are not scratch resistant or unbreakable, particularly the top coating.
Jewellery components that are plated or painted such as silver, rose gold, brass, black etc may tarnish over time, this happens to all metals and is outside our control. Tarnish should clean by polishing with a jewellery cloth.
For safety, KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN and please do not allow children to play with, wear or chew on any of your jewellery purchased from our collections.
RETURNS
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on change of mind purchases. Please ensure you read all the details and product description provided, including measurements, prior to placing your order. Please note that refunds or replacements will not be available for items that have not been stored or cared for properly. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue with your jewellery upon delivery.
